Up to $15k Relocation Assistance Available!*
*Eisenhower Medical Center will reimburse new recruits in pre-designated part and full-time positions for expenses incurred in the process of relocating to the Coachella Valley up to a predetermined amount. The distance of relocation must be greater than 50 miles and must occur within six months (or one year based on IRS regulation) of employment. On a case by case basis and with the approval of the Human Resources Director, a lump sum amount may be provided. Eisenhower expects a two-year employment commitment. Should an employee leave due to voluntary resignation before completing two years of employment, Eisenhower will expect repayment of the relocation amount prorated from the beginning of the two-year commitment. This is considered a valid and collectable debt. This is not intended to constitute an employment contract of any kind and does not create any express or implied contractual obligations. All reimbursement (interview and relocation) is subject to written documentation of expense, including original receipts (not estimate of cost). Expenses must be submitted within 90 days of relocation.
